LUX Partners was awarded today the exclusive management contract of the Portland Public Market Garage located at 315 Cumberland Avenue, Portland Maine 04101.
The Portland Public Market Garage is a 595-space modern garage in downtown Portland serving the Downtown Business District and Bayside neighborhoods. The garage is safe, clean and exceptionally well-maintained given the combined experienced commitments from both LUX Partners and the property owner. The garage is staffed by a team of knowledgeable and friendly attendants and features secure card access, bright LED lighting, a modern elevator, a 2-car electric vehicle (EV) charging station, clean windows and freshly painted or refinished surfaces throughout.
