Daren
Hebold, CCIM

Founder, CEO – LUX COMPANIES

Daren Hebold provides the leadership, vision & direction for the LUX Companies including LUX Realty, LUX Partners and LUXOLO Financial. As founder of the LUX Companies, he is a serial entrepreneur who is involved in commercial real estate brokerage, ownership and asset management of both real estate and digital financial (cryptocurrency) assets.

Daren’s brokerage work is laser focused on specialty hospitality properties including boutique hotels, large scale restaurants, and wedding & events facilities.

Having completed a rigorous educational and experiential curriculum, Daren holds the prestigious and internationally recognized CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Daren also leads his family owned business, LUX Partners, LLC with its own private commercial real estate asset portfolio.

Tom
Trask

DIRECTOR, BROKERAGE SERVICES, REALTOR®
PARTNER, LUX REALTY AND AQUARIUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Tom Trask directs, manages and develops the real estate agents and brokerage services at LUX Realty. With an emerging perspective, diverse career experiences, and natural soft skills, Tom fosters the support and success that our LUX agents and clientele seek. 

As a productive agent himself, he serves clients in the buying and selling of real estate, namely; single families, relocation, and investment properties. Tom is a successful third generation Realtor® and has enjoyed more than ten years of investing in others professionally, and as a volunteer, in community development and youth services.

The harmony of “being great with people” and understanding the complexities of deals is his key to happy clients and steering their transactions to close with a relieving sense of calm and expertise. He is a Maine native and resides in Portland with his wife/business partner, Caleigh, and their two children.

CO-FOUNDER, LUX PARTNERS

As Co-Founder of LUX Partners, Kate holds key responsibilities at our asset management company.

Her contributions are as diverse as the growing demands of the firm; ranging from analyzing acquisitions, to strategic planning, to business administration and daily operations including human resource management. Her strengths in communication ensure that both personnel and clients of LUX Partners are heard, respected and appreciated. While she is able to view and help plan the big picture, she also appreciates the inevitable unforeseen challenges that come with small business ownership.

Samantha
Drake

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, LUX COMPANIES
ASSOCIATE BROKER, LUX REALTY

Samantha Drake directs operations at the LUX Companies, including key responsibilities in the areas of business administration, accounting and brokerage services.

Sam brings a breadth of skills to LUX Realty, including commercial brokerage expertise, transaction management, diligence and underwriting support, and corporate bookkeeping. Additionally, Sam serves as Operations Director for the LUX Companies with responsibilities in the areas of accounting, A/P, A/R, supplier procurement, project management and business administration. Her persistence, follow through and self motivation combined with a knack for dealing with difficult people render her an invaluable member of the team.

Terry is licensed agent in Maine, handling investment properties, residential listings and buyer representation. Her experience working with clients from Central and Southern Maine has allowed her to further experience what Maine has to offer.

Emily joins the LUX Companies as Property Manager for Aquarius Property Management, Portland Maine’s Premier Rentals Agency which is now a subsidiary of the LUX Companies. She is responsible for driving revenue performance of and management operations for our entire residential portfolio.
 
She brings forth a breadth of skills and expertise, drawing from experience in bookkeeping, commercial landscaping, dog training and retail sales. Her bright personality has also proved useful in her brief part-time career as a stand up comedienne. In addition to her responsibilities at Aquarius Property Management, she also directs her family’s real estate business operations in South Portland, Maine.

Ken Greene joins the firm as an experienced Broker, handling sales of commercial and residential real estate in both Maine and Florida.

Ken has been a licensed real estate broker since 2003, experienced in both investment and residential sales. With his approachable and conversational personality together with honed negotiating skills, he is a naturally successful salesperson. Prior to joining LUX, Ken owned a real estate agency in Tampa and was Director at a construction industry recruiting agency in Portland.

Because every person brings something different to the table, Ben wholeheartedly believes it is essential to go the extra mile when helping an individual attain their real estate goals.
